With Padel Trip & Fun, the Liège native Ramon Rodriguez offers padel lessons on the Costa del Sol.
A sport that has been trending for several years now, padel is experiencing phenomenal growth in the Liège region, where courts are sprouting up on every street corner. However, to offer an extra, truly unique experience, Liège native Ramon Rodriguez decided to take local padel enthusiasts to the south of Spain, to the Marbella region, the cradle of padel in Europe.
Former owner of restaurants and a hotel in the Liège area, Ramon Rodriguez now splits his time between southern Spain and Belgium. A padel enthusiast, a sport he discovered just before the Covid crisis, the Liège native can’t live without it today. “Originally, I was a football player, but as I got older, I learned to appreciate other sports. When I discovered padel, I immediately clicked with it. It’s a sport for everyone and very easy to learn,” he explains.
